At F-Tech Precision Engineering we take our commitment to protecting your privacy very seriously. We follow the following procedures when using your information.
Information Collected
For the purposes of the Data Protection Act 2018 the data controller is F-Tech Precision Engineering whose contact details are set out at the end of this document. Any information we collect about you is used lawfully to process your orders and enquiries and to help us provide a high quality of service to you. If you use our services or contact us with an enquiry, we will collect personal information such as your name, contact details, phone number, email address and address and use them to respond to your enquiry.
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your consent. We may contact you by telephone, post or email.
Use of Information
The information you provide will be held on a database in the UK and may be accessed by our staff and by those who provide support services to us. We may also share it with third-party suppliers who we use in the course of providing or promoting our services to you.
We will not share your information with any third party for marketing purposes without your consent unless the marketing is in direct relation to our own products and services.
