F-Tech Precision Engineering offers sheet metal laser cutting and CNC punching services from our Hertfordshire fabrication site.

Both the CNC punching and laser cutting services are networked to our design and programming office, where our skilled team use the latest CAD/CAM software to programme and run our machining centres with speed, precision and minimum wastage.

Our machines are programmed using Radan software and we can receive a range of files including SLDPRT, STEP, DXF, DWG and IGES.

We work with most materials, including aluminium, mild steel and stainless steel and offer one-off complex projects based on bespoke design, as well as large scale batch runs.

Laser Cutting for Sheet Metal

Our laser cutting service delivers precision, clean cut sheet metal components using programmable and automated Armada laser cutting plant.

We work on a range of materials including aluminium, mild steel and stainless steel in a range of thicknesses.  

For efficiency and versatility, laser cutting can be combined with our other fine limit sheet metal services, as well as our CNC engineering services. We can deliver complex projects requiring multiple processes, rapid prototyping and batch runs.

CNC Punching Services

Our bespoke laser cutting services combine seamlessly with our CNC punching capabilities.

Our programmable, computer-controlled LVD Thick Turret Punch press boasts a 30-station tool changer for complex designs in sheet metal, allowing us to recreate the same pattern multiple times without the slightest risk of deviation.
